2.工作原理及特点 Working principle and features
(1)粉碎刀盘与分级轮采用变频电机控制粒径容易调节,粒径范围窄。不易产生微粉
The chopper and grading wheel are controlled by variable frequency motor. And the particle size is easy to adjust, the particle size is narrow, and it is not easy to produce fine powder.
(2)粉碎刀、齿圈、分级轮采用刚玉陶瓷,耐磨及没有污染。Using corundum ceramics, the grinding knife, gear ring and grading wheel are wear resistant and pollution-free.
(3)外壳均采用不锈钢SUS304材质,再经抛光处理,整体美观大气The shell is made of stainless steel SUS304 material. After polishing, the whole is beautiful and palace-like.
(4)机身和轴承座之间运用水冷和风冷的构造,从而使得在粉碎过程中温度保持常温状态,也大大提高使用寿命。The structure of water cooling and air cooling is applied between the fuselage and the bearing base. Therefore, the temperature is kept at normal temperature during the crushing process, and the service life is greatly improved.
(5)同等产能比气流粉碎节能50%-75%。大大降低成本;比气流粉碎一次性投资少25%左右。When the capacity is equal, it is more energy efficient than 50%-75%, greatly reducing costs; the investment is less than 25% compared with the airflow crushing.
